Turkey in lemon sauce
Instructions
Remove the yellow lemon rind and cut the flesh into small pieces. Finely chop the bacon.
Make a well with chopped herbs. In a bowl system the slices of Turkey Breast with milk and leave them to soak for 10 minutes. Put in a pan and melt butter. Combine the lemon and Bacon into small pieces and then FRY in medium flame. Then add the chopped herbs and let stand for a few minutes.
In pan Turkey slices along with the milk. Condisci with salt and freshly ground pepper and let Cook for 20 minutes. System on a serving dish slices of stirring in the Turkey Breast over the thick sauce.
Serve hot. You can accompany with mashed potatoes or carrots.
