Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 1 Red Apple
- 1 soft macaroon
- 1 teaspoon of raisins
- 1 knob of butter
- a little caster sugar
- a bit of liquor to perfume and soften the raisins (e.g. Port)
- grated lemon zest to taste
