Braised beef with grilled peppers
Instructions
Soffriggi oil and onion in a large baking dish. Add the braised beef and cook stirring for 10 minutes. Pour the wine and let it evaporate, then add the tomato sauce, cover and let Cook for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile clean the peppers you have previously grilled; cut into strips and versatility along with bits of flesh; blends well to seasoning and then add the parsley and serve at the table.

- 1 onion
- oil
- 2 grilled peppers
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- a bit of white wine
- parsley
