Cake pesto and pine nuts
Instructions
Toasting pine nuts. Meanwhile, in a bowl, blend eggs, milk, oil and pesto. Combine sifted flour, grated Gruyère and pine nuts. Work the dough for as long as necessary to ensure that the mixture is homogeneous. At this point add the yeast, salt and pepper. Fires at 180° c for 30 minutes.

- 10 cl of milk
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 100 g grated Gruyère
- 3 tbsp pesto
- 2 pine sachets
- 1 sachet of yeast pizza
