Instructions
It is a dish of Tuscan cuisine.
Clean cabbage, browse it and cook in salted water for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the sliced bread, toast it in the oven and rub it with garlic.
When the cabbage is cooked, drain the leaves and cut coarsely.
Keep the cooking water and dip the slices of bread.
Put them on plates, seasoning them with salt and pepper, lay on each of the leaves of the cabbage and pour over a little oil.
Before serving, let stand for 2 minutes.
