Cebiche de ostras
Instructions
Thoroughly clean oysters, open them and place in a serving dish by sprinkling them with the marinade obtained by mixing together the lime juice, pepper and white pepper.
Garnish with red onion slices and fresh ginger.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Oysters at will
- For the marinade:
- 1/2 teaspoon of ají chopped green
- Socket 1 of freshly ground white pepper
- 1 lime squeezed
- 1/8 red onion, cut into thin strips
- Some slices of fresh ginger
