Cucumbers fresh tuna
Instructions
Wash and cut in half lengthwise cucumbers, dug with a Pocket knife, then chop finely the pulp and add to the tomatoes flesh peeled and diced: fry with little oil together with spring onion and sliced clove of garlic, peeled and crushed.
Add the chopped tuna and capers desalted.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Season with salt.
Place cucumbers in a slightly greased pan, fill with tuna and tomato sauce and sprinkle with parsley.
Put 2 tablespoons of broth on the bottom of the bowl, cover with a lid and cook on moderate fire for 15/20 minutes.

- 1 teaspoon of salted capers
- Olive oil extra virgin
