Champagne Orange (Champagne Orange)
Instructions
In three-quarters of a liter of raspberry syrup infusion into the skins of an orange and half a lemon.
Add a pint of champagne, four oranges and juice of a lemon.
Leave it in the refrigerator.
Ten minutes before serving add half a bottle of red wine.
Serve in goblets.

- 75 cl of raspberry syrup
- 1 orange zest
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 50 cl of champagne wine
- 4 oranges (juice)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 bottle of red wine
