Strawberry cheese cake with pears
Instructions
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Whip sugar with the egg yolks and add the cheese, work well.
Join the compounds and mount.
In a pan place a layer of crushed biscuits or pastry already cooked, posatevi cut pears into thin slices then get run off the compound.
Put the whole thing in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
When cooked allow to cool then, bathed with orange liqueur.

- 200 g of stracchino cheese
- 200 g of philadelphia cheese
- 4 eggs
- 200 g of sugar
- Orange liqueur
- Fresh pears
