Cherries should be cleaned and snocciolarne one half, the other half of cherries are left whole and pierced with a toothpick.
You put everything in a nice vase with half of the sugar, stirring with a wooden spoon, cover with the rest of the sugar and closes leaving him exposed to the Sun for 3 or 4 days, and then you put in the dark to rest for a couple of months (3).
After this time the liquid seeps through a fine sieve and add alcohol, let it sit a couple of days and then finally you can bottle.
