Cherries with cream
Instructions
Boil the milk with the lemon zest, egg yolks foam with the icing sugar, dilute them with filtered by pouring milk, and cook in a Bain-Marie for about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, add rum and allow to cool.
Divide the drained cherries into 4 bowls, arrange ice cream and pour the cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of red cherries pitted
- 4 egg yolks
- 25 cl of milk
- 125 g of icing sugar
- 1 dram of rum
- 8 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 1 lemon zest
