Chicory to bread
Instructions
Rub the bowl with the garlic.
Wash, dry and cut into thin strips the chicory.
Put it in the bowl and mix it with dry bread.
Prepare the vinaigrette by dissolving the salt in the vinegar, oil and a pinch of pepper and slamming very well with a fork.
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and mix.

- 1 head of chicory salad
- 2 handfuls of coarsely chopped dried bread
- 1 clove of garlic
