Sautéed turnip tops
Instructions
Cut and remove the stems and the toughest leaves, rinse in plenty of water and boil several times.
Al dente, drain and place them in a large pan in which you've previously heated oil and made Brown the garlic.
Stir vigorously and add salt, pepper and anchovy fillets.
Simmer for 10 minutes, covering the pan with a lid or with aluminum paper.
Before removing from heat, make sure they are not brodose, if that is the case, turn up the heat and discover them.
Let cool and serve.

- 2 large heads of garlic
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
