Stuffed onions
Instructions
Bring to the boil a pot of water.
Peel the onions and emerge them in boiling water; Let them cook for ten minutes.
Peel the mushrooms, wash them and chop them finely.
After ten minutes of cooking onions, drain, rinse them with cold water, drain again, remove the outer covering.
Posatele on a cloth and svuotatele with a small knife from grapefruit.
Chop fine the central part.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, heat the Pan and the chopped mushrooms and onions from seven to ten minutes, at moderate heat, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees (5 thermostat).
Add the breadcrumbs to the mix of onion and mushrooms, add salt, pepper and stir.
Stuffed onions with the preparation, posatele standing in a small baking dish, pour the Madeira sauce in baking dish, cover and bake.
Simmer for an hour and fifteen minutes, until onions are tender.
When the onions are cooked, remove them from the baking dish and arrange on a warm serving dish.
Pour the sauce into the pot and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

- 4 large onions

- 20 cl of madeira sauce
