Instructions

Clean and chopped apples and pears and cook in a little water with the sugar and lemon zest for about 10 minutes.

Soften the sultanas in hot brandy and add to fruit.

Sprinkle with cinnamon, add the walnut kernels crushed and divide into 4 bowls.

Served warm.
