Instructions

Quickly wash the strawberries ripe and healthy.

Cover them with the same weight of sugar and let stand overnight.

The next day, put the strawberries in the pot, allow to boil for 5 minutes without stirring.

Remove the Pan from heat and cover.

Leave one more night.

Repeat cooking 5 minutes again two days ago.

The third time pour the jam into jars and cover immediately.

This procedure allows you to have a nice jam appearance with whole strawberries.
