Side dish of lentils
Instructions
This recipe is typical.
Clean and wash the lentils and then put them to soak for at least half a day. To boil fresh water is abundant and cold and you add the rind, bay leaf and a pinch of salt. Cook the lentils under fire cover, until they become quite tender.
Meanwhile, put the oil in a pan and when hot saucepan is sliced onion and garlic, then add the flour and then FRY until will got a nice golden color.

- 400 g of lentils
