Chop parsley with garlic.
Put on the heat a pan with 1 tablespoon oil and half of the chopped, hot just merge the mushrooms and cook over high heat.
Add salt, pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add the remaining chopped, stir and turn off.
Bake for 10 minutes in another pan vegetables in a little oil, add the mushrooms, season and serve.
