Strawberry cups (2)
Instructions
In a bowl put 150 g strawberries, washed and cut into thin slices, sprinkle with sugar and let macerate until cool.
Work the mascarpone with the yoghurt, add remaining strawberries and blend.
Divide the mixture into cups and cover with strawberries kept aside.
Leave in the refrigerator until serving.

- 300 g of mascarpone
- 200 g of thick yoghurt
- 300 g of strawberries
- 50 g of icing sugar
