The Yoghurt cups (3)
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until they become clear and foamy.
Set aside 4 macaroons and reduce other powder.
Peel and blend the banana.
In a bowl mix the cream with the amaretti and the powder banana then, stirring gently, stir in the yoghurt.
Divide the cream into 4 individual cups and put them in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Guarnirle with remaining amaretti and serve.

- 4 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 250 g of double cream yogurt
- 1 banana
