Instructions
Prepare the base of vanilla ice cream, according to the recipe.
While the ice cream is in the freezer, clean the berries: wash the blueberries, currants (after they have been disconnected from sprigs) and blackberries; put them all together in a large bowl, sugar spolverizzateli you like, decorate with a few tablespoons of kirsch and stir thoroughly.
Cover the bowl and leave to macerate the fruit for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place in the freezer four large individual cups to make them cool.
When serving, place the balls in ice-cream cups, using the appropriate tool.
Spread the mixture on each cup of fruit and garnish with cream.
Serve immediately.
