Fried chicken thighs
Instructions
Put chicken thighs in a bowl and coat with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chopped parsley.
Leave 2 hours in marinade often rivoltandole.
Remove thighs from marinade and dry and flour them.
Dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
FRY thighs fried in boiling oil until they are golden brown.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
- Flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Abundant of frying oil
