Gorgonzola lamb chops
Instructions
Dry the chops, rub with the garlic and brown them well in hot oil; season with salt and pepper.
Peel and chop the onion.
Place the meat on a baking sheet; mix with 2 tablespoons of the cooking water from the Pan and pour the sauce over the chops.
Sprinkle with the chopped onions and cover with gorgonzola.
Bake for 10 minutes at 225 degrees.
Serve well-heated cutlets.
