Poached mussels
Instructions
Open the mussels with a sharp knife, place them in a large baking pan, sprinkle with oil, salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with milk, cheese, parsley and chopped garlic and a little salt.
Put the pan on the heat, bring to a boil and pour over the mixture.
Go now in the oven already warm until the eggs will be curdled.
It also serves cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1500 g of giant mussels
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- 1 handful of spicy cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
