Mussels au gratin with garlic
Instructions
Clean the mussels, spazzolandole with energy under running water; then put them on the fire, in a saucepan, and cook until it will be opened.
Occasionally shake the pan to facilitate the opening of shells.
Throw the empty valve and gently wash the ones filled with warm water (if any was detached from the clam shell, push it back into its plastic shell).
Also deleted all mussels that are open.
Prepare a very fine chopped garlic and parsley, insaporitelo with salt and pepper and combine it with butter, let it soften at room temperature; worked well until mixture is creamy.
Put a tablespoon of this mixture in the valve containing the fruit and cover with bread crumbs.
Oil grease the baking and sprinkle the mussels stuffed.
Then put in hot oven and let bake for about 20 minutes.
After this time, transfer the mussels to a heated serving dish, garnish with parsley leaves and serve hot.

- 1000 g of very large mussels
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley

- 100 g of butter
- Breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Some leaves of parsley
