Creamed peas
Instructions
Cook in salted water the shelled peas, diced potatoes and sliced onion.
When vegetables are cooked, remove a ladleful of peas and passed the rest to the blender.
Put the soup on the stove, to the boil, add the peas, season with salt.
Meanwhile the toasted slices of bread split into two in a little oil, place in holsters, above place the pea cream, seasoned with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.

- 600 g of peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 white onion
- 4 slices of bread
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
