Pumpkin cream gratin
Instructions
Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges and sliced the flesh of the pumpkin.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil the milk with two glasses of water, then add potatoes, pumpkin and Sage.
Add salt and pepper.
Bring back to a boil, reduce the heat and continue cooking at medium heat for 40 minutes.
Remove the Sage leaf and puree the whole thing.
Mix the cream to the smoothie, adjust salt and pepper, Cook for a few minutes.
Pour the cream in individual holsters, place a slice of bread, sprinkle with grated cheese and grill in the oven for a few minutes.
Accompanying wines: Colli Orientali Del Friuli Pinot Bianco DOC, DOC Colli Maratani Grechetto, Greco Di Tufo DOC.

- 500 g of pumpkin pulp
- 3 potatoes
- 100 cl of milk
- 1 leaf sage
- Grated cheese
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 4 slices of bread
- Salt
- Pepper
