Instructions

In a bowl, dissolve the jam in brandy and sweeten to taste.

Combine the lemon juice and then the cream.

Gently mix the ingredients and pour the cream in 4 cups.

Keep in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.

Serve the custard cups decorated with pods.
