Instructions
Melt the jam with brandy, sugar to taste, add the lemon and the whipped cream.
Stir lightly to mix ingredients well.
Place the cream in 4 cups to put in the fridge for at least an hour before serving with waffles or pastries.
According to the tastes you may decrease the dose of brandy and increase that of cream.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 teaspoon of marmalade
- 1 glass of brandy
- A Few Tablespoons Sugar =
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 25 cl of whipped
