Zabaglione cream cream
Instructions
Beat the egg yolks with the caster sugar to get a swollen and blanched slightly, then add gradually the marsala, always banging, and put in a water bath.
Continue to stir until it begins to thicken without boil.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Combine the whipped cream plain or sweetened with a little icing sugar, stirring gently.
Serve with biscuits and cream to taste.

- 8 tablespoons of dry marsala wine
