Stuffed crepes
Instructions
Mix in a bowl the flour, a pinch of salt, sugar, milk until liquid paste, 2 eggs and 50 g of butter.
Let it sit and meanwhile prepare the filling.
Mix the ricotta with the sultanas previously soaked in warm water, sugar, lemon peel, 3 egg yolks and butter mounted to snow.
Fry the pancakes and farcitele with ricotta stuffing; place in a baking dish and cover with a glass of milk mixed with the egg.
Bake and let Cook until the milk has dried.
