Cheese croquettes (2)
Instructions
Cook the rice, for 25 minutes, 1 saucepan with milk, 1/2 cup of water and 1 pinch of salt.
Then leave it to drain and pour in 1 Holster and let it cool.
Combine 1 beaten egg, parmesan, nutmeg and pepper.
Let the rice cool down well, then with 1 tablespoon into the cylinders and roll with floured hands.
Pass them in the egg left, banged and salty, and then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the croquettes in hot oil.
