Knead with your hands the flour, butter and sugar and salt, until the pasta is tender, then let it sit for 1 hour.
Grease a round pan, infarinatela and lay on the bottom and at the edges of a layer of dough and keep aside a little.
Spread the Orange Marmalade and around that of lemon.
Decorate the surface with the remaining dough and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
