Instructions
Knead with your hands the flour, butter, sugar and salt, until the pasta is tender, then let it sit for 1 hour.
Butter a baking dish, and spread infarinarla round on the bottom and along the edges of a layer of dough and keep aside a little.
Spread the jam and orange to lemon.
Decorate the surface with the remaining dough and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
