Ricotta crostini
Instructions
Wash and dry the fragrance, herbs finely chop parsley stems are excluded.
In a bowl mix with a wooden spoon the ricotta in order to obtain a smooth cream, then season with a few drops of lemon to colander and stir again carefully.
If the dough is too hard, add a teaspoon or two of warm water.
Add chopped herbs, add salt, pepper, seasoned with a little olive oil and spread the cream on the slices of bread cut into triangles.
Keep in refrigerator before serving.

- 200 g of roman ricotta
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 1 bunch of fragrance fresh herbs
- Lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
