Gorgonzola croutons
Instructions
Put the slices of bread on cutting board, cut them in half crosswise and deprive of the crust.
Delta also cut slices of ham, making sure that they have the same dimensions as those of bread.
Put the butter, slightly softened, into a bowl and add the gorgonzola and ricotta.
Mix the ingredients working with a wooden spoon until you have a creamy mixture.
Cover the bread triangles with gorgonzola cream and riunitene two at a time, matching the parts spread with cream and with a triangle of ham.
Bake the toasts at 220 degrees for 5 minutes; serve hot on a plate covered with a paper towel.

- 8 slices bread
- 4 slices of ham
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of gorgonzola cheese
- 60 g of ricotta
