Crostoni with eggplants
Instructions
Prepare a sauce with chopped onion, cut the Eggplant into small cubes and cook in the sauce by adding if necessary a little water.
Add salt and pepper.
Roasted bread, rub with the garlic, place the slices on oven Crumb tray, divided over the eggplant, cover with fontina cheese and cook for 5 minutes.
