Puff pastry hearts with stracchino and artichoke soup
Instructions
Form small puff pastry hearts, make little hole and wipe the egg white and cloves.
Bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes.
Make a sauce and add the artichokes previously sliced; Cook while bathing with white wine, evaporate, and finally add stracchino mounted and a dash of cream.
Cook for 5 minutes and serve
