Chocolate delight
Instructions
Leave In a pan melt the butter in a Bain-Marie.
In a saucepan then liquefy in a Bain-Marie chocolate chopped too.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with half the sugar and a sachet of vanilla sugar.
Dilute the mixture with the butter and the melted chocolate.
Add the sieved flour and cornstarch, mixing well.
Whip the egg whites until foamy soda, dolcificateli with the remaining icing sugar and gently blend the chocolate cream.
Pour into a buttered and floured mold.
Place in preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Let cool the pudding in the fridge, put and serve.

- 20 g of maizena
