Instructions

Squamate, eviscerated the cod and wash it.

Put it in a fish Kettle, pour over the wine, olive oil and enough water to cover it.

Add the crushed garlic, the tomatoes washed and cut crosswise, chilies and parsley stems.

Add salt and bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes.

Drain the fish, put it on a serving dish with the vegetables, sprinkle the chopped parsley.

Finally, sprinkle with a ladleful of the hot cooking broth and serve immediately.
