Apple dessert
Instructions
Peel the apples and, using the special tool, remove the core.
In the cavity of each apple crumble 1 candy Brown; then arrange fruit in 1 dish, sprinkle with sugar and sprinkled of wine.
Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, dilute the chestnut jam with the liquor.
Apply this cream on the apples and serve warm.

- 4 apples renette
- 4 candied chestnuts
- 200 g of chestnut jam
- 2 cups of orange liqueur
- Sugar
- White wine
