Artichoke digestive
Instructions
You must only put to soak the leaves of artichokes in alcohol for 12 days, and then seeps with wine, paper and bottles.
Consider that the liquor is quite fortino, besides be bitter as and more of fernet, so you can hopefully add a little water and sugar syrup (max 150 g water and 150 g of sugar) If you want to make it a bit lighter and less bitter.
However I would recommend, a medium shot is also digesting the stones.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of artichoke leaves
- 100 cl of neutral alcohol to 96 degrees with water
