Potato disks
Instructions
Wrap the two potatoes in aluminum foil and cook in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about 1 hour.

Add the butter (70 g) into small pieces (softened to room temperature), the grated Parmesan, flour and a pinch of salt.

Arrange potato disks obtained on buttered oven tray and infornateli to 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until they are well.
At this point, transfer it onto serving dish, using a spatula, and bring them right to the table, well hot.

- 2 medium potatoes
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of parmigiano
- 100 g of flour
- Salt
