Cream cake
Instructions
Beat the butter with the sugar, then add the cream and amaretti.
Line a pudding mold with ladyfingers sprayed of liquor (kirsch, rum).
Pour the mixture, cover with a layer of ladyfingers, splash of liquor and put in the refrigerator.
Reverse it and garnish with cherries.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 200 g of butter
- 200 g of sugar
- 1 cup of custard
- Amaretti biscuits
- Kirsch liqueur (or rum)
- Candied cherries
