Instructions
Soak apricots and figs separately in water scented with a little brandy.
Let stand for 2 hours, then drain the fruit and cut it into small pieces; chop walnuts.
Mix all the fruit and add the sugar and the cocoa.
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Cover 1 with 1 disk of dough and sprinkle with almonds.
Pour over the fruit and cover with the disc and adhere the 2 layers.
Bake for 45 minutes.
