Sweet bread of montevecchio
Instructions
Dip in milk, stale bread, then heat without bringing to the boil.
Carefully mix the oil, honey, egg yolks and combine them to bread dough; mix the egg whites and baking powder dissolved in a little warm milk.
Pour it all into a baking pan greased with some butter, bake and, once cooled, decorate the cake with Strawberry Jam.

- 300 g of stale bread
- 200 g of virgin honey uncut
- 25 g of dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- Whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
