Cocoa bitter sweets
Instructions
Using a mixer, chop the walnuts nuts and pour into a bowl.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter gently, add the cocoa and mix until completely dissolved.
Separately, in a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar until mixture is fluffy, which you will add the cocoa butter and nuts chopped beforehand.
Stir well, then add the sifted flour and the powdered yeast.
Mix again for a few minutes and covered with parchment paper a rectangular cake pan.
Pour the dough levelling with a spatula and bake in hot oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Next, baked and let cool, then, cut the cake into small pieces and serve.
Tip: you may sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar or coconut flour.

- 40 g of bitter cocoa
- 180 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of walnut kernels
- 180 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla baking powder
