Instructions
Strictly vegetarian recipe, a few essential ingredients, and it can be also prepared by replacing hazelnuts with pine nuts.
Wash the raisins and then let it soak in a little water for a couple of hours.
After this time, put in a little water for oatmeal, add salt, orange flower water and water soaking of raisins.
Of course, try not to overdo the water: the dough must remain attached to the spoon, without strain, and thus adjust the times accordingly.
Meanwhile make toast the hazelnuts in a pan, pestatele and mix together in a mortar for flakes with raisins.
Finally check out the dough in spoonfuls, arrange on oiled oven and cook at medium temperature, the oven already warm, for about 35 minutes.

- 100 g of sultanas
- 500 g of oatmeal
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of orange flower water
- 100 g of peeled hazelnuts
- Olive oil to grease
