Brandy beans
Instructions
Boil fresh beans in cold water to which you have added a clove of garlic, Sage, celery and salt.
Just mention the water boil reduce the heat and simmer an hour or so.
When they are cooked, drain them.
Do heat two tablespoons of oil with sliced onion, add the tomato sauce and seasoning; Add the brandy, chopped parsley, bay leaf, salt and pepper, and finally the beans.
Cook for 10 minutes.

- 500 g of borlotti beans
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 1 dram of brandy
- Salt
