Instructions
In a copper pot (be careful that it is non-stick surface!) put the olive oil, garlic and finely chopped red pepper Saute garlic and remove from pan.
In this oil over low heat, saute the sausages well cut into large chunks.
After 20 minutes add boiled beans, and salt, stir over low heat for 15 minutes (if you notice that tends to stick, add half a glass of water), when cooked to taste you can add another dash of finely chopped chilli.
Serve warm in preheated crock pot.
Recommended wine: rosso decided and good gradation, e.

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
